How do the pieces fit?: Fit follows each label's own sizing. We list measurements where available and advise you personally if you are between sizes.
When do new pieces arrive?: There are no fixed seasons. Pieces are released when they are sourced & authenticated, and the newsletter is notified first.
Will sold-out pieces return?: Rarely. Availability is limited, and most references are never sourced again — but we can search for them on request.
Can I ask you to find a specific piece?: Yes. Send us the item, size, colour or edition you are looking for and our private shopping service takes over the worldwide search for you.
Are the pieces authentic?: Every piece is checked and authenticated before it is offered. We are an independent reseller with no official affiliation to the brands we source.
Do you ship worldwide?: Yes. Free shipping on orders over €200, with tracked delivery to every destination we serve.
Can I change or cancel an order?: Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do what we can before dispatch.
